Why Is My Holster Tight?
This is normal.
The LockLeather® system is intentionally designed to provide secure retention. Additionally, the leather will naturally break in and conform to your firearm over time.
Most customers notice improvement after several days of normal use.
Can I Adjust Retention?
Yes.
Many LockLeather® holsters feature adjustable retention.
Small adjustments can make a noticeable difference in:

- Retention feel
- Carry preference

Why Doesn't My Holster Feel Broken In Immediately?
Because we build our leather holsters for long-term durability.
Rather than aggressively softening the leather before shipment, we allow the leather to naturally conform through use. This helps preserve:
